Is free of hormones and added antibiotics, safe guards against mad cow disease, the animals are treated more humanely and are allowed to graze freely. Fewer chemicals are used in the animals which definitely means healthier meat on the end product.

The non-organic (or factory) farms use huge amounts of resources which can damage the environment like pesticides and just a general overuse of energy.
